1. Scope
This Privacy Policy covers this public informational website and the private SİNYAL Control Center's TikTok integration. The Control Center is not a public service: it has no public registration, public login, or public content-upload flow.
2. Information related to this public website
The website is static and does not include an application account, contact form, analytics script, advertising tracker, or app-set cookie. The hosting and network providers that deliver the site may process routine request information such as an IP address, browser details, requested URL, and timestamp as part of operating and securing their services.
3. Information related to the private TikTok integration
When an authorized account is connected, the private Control Center may process the information TikTok returns for the permissions that were granted. Depending on the enabled operation, this may include:
- A TikTok account identifier and basic profile information;
- The granted permission scopes, token type, and token expiry details;
- Access and refresh tokens needed to maintain the authorized connection;
- Creator posting information returned before a content submission;
- A video deliberately selected by the operator, its caption, and posting settings; and
- A publish identifier, status response, and operational test log.
4. Why the information is used
The private integration uses this information only to:
- Establish and verify the connection to an authorized TikTok account;
- Display relevant connection and creator-posting status to the operator;
- Prepare and perform an upload or direct-post action explicitly initiated by the operator;
- Check the result of that action; and
- Troubleshoot the private integration and preserve a limited operational record.
5. Storage and retention
Integration credentials and operational records are kept in the private Control Center environment, not in this public website. Token records may remain while the integration is connected. Test and status records may remain as part of the operator's local operational history. No fixed retention period is represented here; records can be removed when they are no longer needed or when the authorized account owner requests deletion.
6. Sharing
Information needed for a TikTok operation is transmitted to TikTok as required to provide that operation. Routine website request information may be handled by the providers that host and deliver this site. SİNYAL does not sell integration data, use it for advertising, or offer it to unrelated public users.
7. Control and deletion
The authorized account owner controls whether the TikTok connection is granted and can revoke the app's access through TikTok's account settings. Requests to remove corresponding local SİNYAL records can be directed to the project owner using the Contact page.
8. Security boundary
The private Control Center is separate from this public website. This site contains no TikTok credentials, does not expose private integration records, and cannot initiate a TikTok authorization or posting action. Do not send access tokens, client secrets, or other credentials through a public repository issue.
9. Changes and contact
This policy may be updated as the integration changes or review feedback requires clarification. The date at the top shows the current version. Privacy questions and deletion requests can be directed through the project's documented contact channel.
