1. Acceptance and scope
Effective August 13, 2026, these Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you access this website or use the SİNYAL desktop application (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service description
SİNYAL is a desktop creator publishing control center. It helps an authorized operator organize content, connect creator accounts, review publishing settings, and initiate supported platform actions. This website provides product, integration, privacy, and legal documentation. It is not a public account portal and does not itself connect accounts, accept media uploads, or initiate publishing actions.
3. Eligibility and authorized use
You may use the Service only if you have legal capacity to agree to these Terms and are permitted to use the relevant creator account, device, media, and platform features. Use is limited to legitimate creator publishing activities for accounts you own or are expressly authorized to operate. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws, platform rules, and contractual duties.
4. Account authorization
Platform access is established through the authorization process made available by the relevant third-party service. For TikTok, the creator reviews and grants requested permissions through TikTok Login Kit. Authorization is limited to the scopes granted by the creator and may be denied, limited, expired, or revoked at any time. You must not connect or attempt to use an account without the account holder's permission.
5. TikTok integration
SİNYAL uses TikTok Login Kit for creator authorization and basic connected-account identity. When approved and authorized, SİNYAL uses the TikTok Content Posting API Direct Post workflow to transfer an operator-selected local media file and initiate a post under the authorized account context. A posting action requires an explicit operator confirmation. TikTok is a separate third-party platform, and its terms, community guidelines, developer policies, permissions, moderation, availability, and technical limits apply independently. SİNYAL is not a TikTok product and is not sponsored, endorsed, or operated by TikTok.
6. Content ownership
You retain any rights you hold in content processed through SİNYAL. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your media, captions, or other creator materials to SİNYAL. You grant only the limited permission needed for the Service and the authorized third-party platform to process and transmit the content at your direction. TikTok's own terms govern any rights required for content submitted to TikTok.
7. User responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- reviewing the selected account, media, caption, privacy level, and other settings before confirming a platform action;
- holding all rights, permissions, releases, and licenses needed for the content;
- ensuring the content and publishing activity comply with applicable law and TikTok policies;
- keeping the operating device, credentials, and authorized account secure; and
- promptly revoking access and rotating affected credentials if compromise is suspected.
8. Prohibited use
You must not use or attempt to use SİNYAL to:
- access, impersonate, or publish through an account without authorization;
- post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, malicious, or policy-violating content;
- evade platform review, moderation, rate limits, permission controls, or technical safeguards;
- distribute malware, interfere with the Service, probe for vulnerabilities, or obtain credentials or data belonging to another person;
- misrepresent SİNYAL as an official TikTok product or imply endorsement that does not exist; or
- use the Service in a way that violates applicable law, these Terms, or a third-party service's terms.
9. Third-party services
The Service depends on third-party products and infrastructure, including TikTok and GitHub Pages. SİNYAL does not control those services and is not responsible for their independent terms, privacy practices, review decisions, outages, policy changes, content decisions, or feature availability. Links to third-party sites are provided for context and do not imply endorsement.
10. Intellectual property
The SİNYAL name, app icon, software, interface, documentation, and site presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and remain the property of their respective owner. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from SİNYAL. TikTok and its marks belong to their respective owner.
11. Service availability and changes
SİNYAL may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, reliability, legal compliance, platform compatibility, or product quality. Availability of any TikTok capability depends on TikTok approval, the creator's authorization, account eligibility, network access, and TikTok's systems. No uninterrupted or permanent availability is promised.
12. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains the information associated with this website and the desktop application, including TikTok account identity, authorization tokens, local content metadata, operational records, retention, security, and deletion requests. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.
13. Security and credentials
Client secrets, access tokens, refresh tokens, authorization codes, and unpublished creator content are confidential. They must not be placed in public issues, public repositories, screenshots, or other public channels. SİNYAL stores integration credentials in the operator's local application environment; the public website does not receive or store them. No security method can eliminate all risk, and the operator remains responsible for securing the host device and local data.
14. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." No express or implied warranty is made regarding uninterrupted operation, error-free results, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, platform approval, publishing success, reach, engagement, or content moderation outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SİNYAL and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of content, data, access, revenue, opportunity, reputation, or anticipated savings arising from or related to the Service or a third-party platform. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.
16. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated when needed to address suspected unauthorized use, credential compromise, legal or policy violations, security risk, third-party platform requirements, or discontinuation of the Service. You may stop using the Service and revoke TikTok access at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including content ownership, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations, and governing framework, will survive.
17. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect product, legal, security, or platform changes. The effective and last-updated dates identify the current version. Continued use after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
18. Governing framework
These Terms are interpreted under the laws applicable to the SİNYAL operator and the relevant use of the Service, without limiting any mandatory consumer, data-protection, or other rights that cannot be waived by agreement. Any dispute should first be raised through the documented contact channel so the parties can attempt a good-faith resolution.
